Artist, printmaker and performing art teacher and producer, Robert Hails was part of the original group of friends and students of George Baldessin who built the St Andrews studio and house in the 1970s. Using such traditional techniques as etching, aquatint and monotypes, he draws inspiration and themes from various forms of drama and performing arts.
