Weekend access is available by arrangement

Work on your own project in the company of other artists. Printmaking experience essential if using etching press. BYO materials and lunch. 

**Technical assistance is on hand, however Individual tuition is not part of open access fees, but can be arranged separately.

2024 Studio Access Special:
This year, we are re-introducing our 4 Day Access package - with a twist! When you book a pack of 4 access days, we will give you one for free! A total of 5 access days that you can schedule in until the end of the year, in single days or in blocks. The Studio Access Package must be purchased in advance, but you can schedule your access days in anytime until the end of the the year (subject to studio availability). (The Studio Access Special valued at $240).

Access Fees $60 per day - All studio access users pay an access fee that covers use of printmaking equipment $60 per day. This includes access to the presses, blankets, rollers, drying racks, printers & exposure units if applicable, drying racks, flattening bats, and cleaning supplies.

Studio Inks Use $20 per day - This includes the use of studio inks, of which we have a generous range of types, brands & colours available. Alternatively, you are very welcome to bring your own inks, which we recommend if you are editioning!

OH&S Induction $85 – All NEW studio users are required to undertake a full studio OHS and studio protocol induction prior to using the studio.

Technical Assistance $85 per hour – by arrangement if you require technical support to refresh your skills, provide post-workshop support.

One-on-One tuition $450 per day – by arrangement if you want individual tuition from a printmaker who is skilled in the technique you want to explore.

Additional Materials - We do stock a select range of ‘basic’ printmaking materials are available for sale. This includes a limited range of printmaking papers, chine collé papers, tarlatan & Akua wiping fabrics. Please see below for more information.
